My E-Books

From me to you

By reflecting on everything I've faced and overcome in the last six years, along with all the evidence-based study and productivity methods I've developed, I've created two comprehensive guides: "The Ultimate Guide to Medical School Success" and "The Ultimate Guide to Surviving F1." These guides are packed with every valuable piece of information that helped me navigate my journey, and I hope they can contribute to your success too. See below for lots more information about the contents of each guide!

The Ultimate Guide to Surviving FY1

Starting life as a doctor isn't easy. After years within your comfort zone (ok maybe not always completely within your comfort zone), everything suddenly changes. You face new responsibilities and navigate an entirely new world. It's a massive learning curve, but also a significant and rewarding step in your career.

I went from crying in the doctor's office and feeling close to burnout, to genuinely enjoying my job and feeling excited about the future. This transformation was due to several factors, but I believe the coping mechanisms and strategies I developed played a crucial role, and I'm eager to share them.

I spent hours reflecting on everything I struggled with during F1: what was new, what felt overwhelming, and what I did (and still do) to make life a bit easier and collated that all into a document that I wish I could have read at the start of FY1.

The Ultimate Guide to Medical School Success

During my five years in medical school, I extensively researched evidence-based study techniques and developed my own trusted methods and routines. I refined these techniques to ensure they were effective, productive, and even somewhat enjoyable (my friends thought I was crazy for actually low-key enjoying finals season). With these techniques, both my grades and my work-life balance increased at the same time.

These methods enabled me to rank first in my cohort for my medical degree and place in the top decile for every exam (except one which ruined the streak) all while maintaining a happy and balanced life.

I've done the experimenting so you don't have to!
